Sitting is the new smoking. I mean, think about it. How much time do you actually spend sitting all day? You're at your desk for work, you're in the car traveling, looking down at your phone, you're on the couch lounging. By the end of your day, everything is tight from your head down to your tailbone. And you have to constantly move, and shift, and squirm just to stay comfortable. Hey there, I'm Dr. Cameron with Radiant Chiropractic in Colleyville. And one of the biggest things I want you to know is that you don't need someone else just telling you to sit straighter. Your body was actually made to move, and we shouldn't be getting stuck in one posture for too long. So, instead, we want to actually look at how well your body is actually moving. We want to know where you're getting stiff, where you're getting limited, and what may be contributing to what you're feeling. Then we can help you understand what we find, what it means, and what we can actually do about it. So, does that sound like you? And you're curious in taking that next step with us? We would love the opportunity to meet you. Go ahead and book your first visit with us on our website, and we'll see you soon.
This video is general education, not a diagnosis. Every patient is different, and the right care starts with an exam.
